The criteria analyzed in the sample take into account small business owners and companies with 1 to 50 employees. A total of entrepreneurs and small businesses were interviewed, 540 of which were in Brazil.

Small businesses have digital marketing in their sights
The GoDaddy Data Observatory 2023 survey found that the vast majority of small businesses in Brazil plan to implement digital marketing strategies for their own website, aiming to promote the brand on the internet.
For example, of small businesses plan to develop campaigns for social media platforms, while 68% want to invest in content marketing and search engine SEO strategies.
