You must first be entered into the federal Express Entry Pool. The province will choose you from this pool if you meet Nova Scotia's labour market needs at a given time. You can only apply if you receive a Letter of Interest from the Nova Scotia Immigration Office.
You must also meet the following requirements:
Issued a Nova Scotia Nominee Program Letter of Interest;
You must meet the work experience requirements for Express Entry for which you qualified;
You must have sufficient funds to support and successfully establish yourself and your dependents in the province;
